Hand-Wrapped Handrail in Full Grain Leather
Approximately eighty-five linear feet (twenty-six linear meters) of Overlap Wrap Handrail wraps a grand stair at this multifamily property management, development, and investment services company. A gorgeous naked leather, Saddle, was used for the installation which will eventually patina and age gracefully with time and use. The radius and complexity required a considerable amount of on-site wrapping. Spinneybeck was involved in each phase of DD, CD, bidding, contract with the general contractor and coordinated site visits and site installation by our fabricator.
