Capri is the combination of old world craft and modern day technology which produces an innovative 100% vegetable tanned full grain leather. Capri is tanned with a unique vegetable extract which comes from the Peruvian Tara plant. Tara is a very clear tanning agent that will not impact the natural beauty and coloration of the aniline dyes.
A light clear coat application to the surface provides the endurance of a lightly finished leather. To enhance the elegance of Capri, a specialized softening and ironing process provides a smooth velvet surface.
